Skanditek increases its holding in Theducation

The information contained in this press release is such that Skanditek is
obligated to publish in accordance with the Securities Exchange and Clearing
Operations Act and the Financial Instruments Trading Act. The information was
submitted for publishing on July 4, 2008 at 14:00 CET.

Skanditek has acquired a further 16% of the shares in Theducation AB from the
former co-owner, the Foundation Bokförlaget Natur och Kultur.  Skanditek's
holding prior to the acquisition was 46%, which means that following the
supplementary acquisition completed today Theducation switches from being an
associated company to a subsidiary. Following the acquisition, Skanditek's
holding in Theducation amounts to 62%.

Theducation's sales in 2007 amounted to SEK 126 million, generating an operating
loss of SEK 3 million.
