6LP, England, gave notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on
31 July 2008 the voting interest of S.W. Mitchell Capital LLP in BayWa AG
NPV (Vink) has crossed the threshold of 3 % and amounted to 3.00 % (977,740
of voting rights) on this day.

3.00 % of the voting rights, (977,740 voting rights) are attributable to
S.W. Mitchell Capital LLP in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent.1 no.6 of
the WpHG.
