Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On September 30, 2008 , Generation Investment Management LLP, London, UK
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Vossloh AG, Werdohl, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0007667107, WKN: 766710, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights
on September 25, 2008  and now amount to 3.11% (this corresponds to 460835
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.11% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 460835 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
