New date for third quarter results: 26 November

Straumur-Burdaras Investment Bank hf. (Straumur) will publish its
third quarter results on 26 November 2008. A presentation will be
held on the same day, at a time and venue to be announced. It should
be noted that in Straumur's earnings report for the second quarter of
this year, the third quarter results were scheduled for 5 November.
