GWB Immobilien AG sold the Wuppertal property, a self-service department
store, in the 1st quarter of 2008. Since the purchase contract with the
initial buyer of the property had to be cancelled subsequently because of
his violation of contractual commitments, GWB has signed a letter of intent
with a new investor about acquisition of the property.

The new buyer intends to acquire the property for a price that is about 10
per cent lower than the purchase price arranged with the initial buyer.
Contrary to expectations, it has not been possible to achieve the original
price because of the current financial market crisis. The difference of EUR
1.9 million from the original purchase price will depress GWB's earnings
for 2008.
