On the Cersanit S.A.  intention to announce the mandatory takeover bid          

On October 28, 2008 Dvarcioniu keramika AB has got an announcement on the       
intention of Cersanit S.A. to announce the mandatory takeover bid in respect of 
the remaining 2 157 283 ordinary registered shares of the Issuer, with nominal  
value 2 LTL each, which grant 21,78% of shareholders of the Issuer (attached).
