PANOSTAJA OYJ: THE CHANGE OF THE TRADING CODES IN CONNECTION
WITH THE COMBINATION OF THE SHARE SERIES
  
The A-shares (PNAAS) and the B-shares (PNABS) of Panostaja Oyj
will be combined into a single share serie (PNA1V). The 
ISIN code and the orderbook id of the new share serie will be 
the same as the current B-share has. The combination will be valid 
on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki's SAXESS trading system as of 
14 November 2008.

Presuming that the combination of the share series will be entered 
into the Trade Register on 14 November 2008.

PANOSTAJA OYJ: KAUPANKÄYNTITUNNUSTEN MUUTOS OSAKELAJIEN YHDISTÄMISEN
YHTEYDESSÄ

Panostaja Oyj:n A-osake (PNAAS) ja B-osake (PNABS) 
yhdistetään yhdeksi osakesarjaksi. Yhdistelyn jälkeen yhtiöllä 
on yksi osakesarja (PNA1V). Uudella osakesarjalla on sama 
ISIN-koodi ja id kuin nykyisellä B-osakkeella. Muutos tulee 
voimaan NASDAQ OMX Helsingin SAXESS-kaupankäynti-
järjestelmässä 14.11.2008 alkaen.

Edellyttäen, että osakesarjojen yhdistäminen merkitään 
kaupparekisteriin 14.11.2008.
