Inc. (NYSE:CJR) have signed on 31st December 2008 a far reaching Extension
of Rights Agreement over 26 programs, including more than 700 episodes
which terminates between 2024 and 2028.

With this agreement, Your Family Entertainment AG secures high quality
programs for its pay-TV channel 'yourfamilyentertainment' (yfe), its home
entertainment label 'yourfamilyentertainment' (DVD & VOD) and its
distribution activities.
