JSC Grigiskes has received notification from Ginvildos investicija, UAB closely
related to the Chairman of Supervisory Council Norimantas Stankevičius,
Chairman of the Board and General director Gintautas Pangonis and Member of the
Board Norimantas Paliokas on the transactions in issuer's securities (see
attachments). Transactions were carried out from 29 January 2008 till 9 January
2009 but they were not reported by separate announcement.
