SOLTEQ PLC STOCK EXCHANGE BULLETIN ON JANUARY 28th, 2009 Solteq Plc has today finalized the co-operation negotiations which began January 5th 2009. As a result of these negotiations 30 employments will be terminated and offices in Imatra and Kuopio will be closed down. Cost savings gained through these terminations of employments and other actions are estimated to be over 1.0 million euros during this financial year and around 2.0 million euros in 2010. The costs for these terminations of employments and other restructuring costs will be presented full in the Interim Report for the first quarter.
