Sponda Plc's Annual Report 2008 has been published

Sponda Plc's Annual Report 2008 including the Financial Statements and the
report by the Board of Directors has been published in Finnish and English. The
Annual Report is available on the company web-site. 

At the end of 2008 Sponda started to assess its corporate responsibility
activities. The annual report states for the first time the company's vision,
goals and actions relating to corporate responsibility. 

Printed versions will be sent by post to shareholders and subscribers during
the week 11/2008. Next year the report will only be sent to those who have
