On a printing error in the ISIN code of the company in the prospectus of mandatory takeover bid

AS „Baloži” Management Board on the request of its shareholder and empowered
person of the mandatory takeover bid announcer AS “Pindstrup Mosebrug A/S”
submits the following announcement. 

There has been a printing error in the ISIN code of the company in the Article
4 and the Article 8.1 subsection 6 of the prospectus of AS “Baloži” mandatory
takeover bid. The correct company's ISIN code is LV0000100709. 

If a shareholder has submitted an application where the wrong ISIN code in
accordance to the prospectus is identified, it should be treated as the
shareholder has accepted the mandatory takeover bid by AS”Pindstrup Mosebrug
A/S for the shares of AS “Baloži” with the ISIN code LV0000100709.
