according to §§ 21 Sect. 1 and 22 Sect. 1 Sentence 1 Nr. 6 WpHG (German
Securities Trading Act) that on March 13, 2009, their voting rights on SKW
Stahl-Metallurgie Holding AG (ISIN DE000SKWM013), Unterneukirchen
(Germany), exceeded the 3% threshold and amounted to 3.02% (133.362 voting
rights) effective that day.

Thereof, 1.15% (50,725 voting rights) are held directly, and pursuant to §
22 Sect. 1 Sentence 1 Nr. 6 WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) (Special
Funds) 1.87% (82,637 voting rights) are to be attributed.
