Payment of Final Dividend

G4S has proposed  that a final  dividend of DKK  0.3052 per share  be
adopted by the Company's annual general meeting to be held on 26  May
2009.

In Denmark,  the dividend  will be  calculated by  the VP  Securities
systems as a dividend based on the  holdings on 1 May 2009, but  will
not be  settled until  8 June  2009.  The  last day  for trading  cum
dividend on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange is 28 April 2009.

Dividend tax will not be withheld.
