Mats O Paulsson leaves Peab 

Mats O Paulsson has announced that he wishes to leave his position as CEO of
Peab Industri. 

Mats O Paulsson began in the Peab Group 1999 when he was appointed CEO of the
subsidiary Swerock. In 2000 he became vice president in Peab AB and responsible
for Industri and was a member of the Executive Management. When Peab Industri
was noted in 2007, he was appointed CEO in the company.

Mats O Paulsson will remain in the company during the year and work with
continue developing synergies between the building and construction activity and
industrial activity within Peab. He will also continue its board of Peab behalf
in Victoria Park AB and S: t Eriks AB. 

Jan Johansson, Vice President of the Peab, taking from the May 5, 2009
temporarily over the role as CEO of Peab Industri.
