The disposal of the company's shares is based on the authorisation given by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 7th April 2009. The value of the shares disposed is based on the average trading rate on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd. between 2nd March and 27th March 2009, i.e. EUR 3.34 per share. These shares account for 2.61 % of the entire share stock of Teleste Corporation.
