DIGIA PLC'S DIVIDEND PAYMENT The Board has in its meeting of today 12 June 2009 resolved, pursuant to the authorization given to the Board by the General Meeting on 10 March 2009, that dividend of EUR 0.05 per each share outside company's possession, a maximum of EUR 1.024.289,50 shall be paid for the financial year 2008. The dividend shall be paid to shareholders entered in the shareholder register, maintained by Euroclear Finland Ltd (formerly Finnish Central Securities Depository Ltd.), on the record date for the dividend payout of 26 June 2009. The dividend payment date shall be 3 July 2009.
