to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
KROMI Logistik AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0KFUJ5, WKN: A0KFUJ,
have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on June 18, 2009  and
now amount to 2.91% (this corresponds to 119994 Voting Rights).
