Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On June 25, 2009 , Allianz Global Investors Kapitalanlagegesellschaft,
Frankfurt am Main, Germany, has informed us according to sec. 21, para. 1
of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Praktiker Bau- und
Heimwerkermärkte Holding AG, Kirkel, Germany, ISIN: DE000A0F6MD5, WKN:
A0F6MD, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on June 08,
2009  and now amount to 3.31% (this corresponds to 1920270 Voting Rights).
According to sec. 22, para. 1, sent. 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 0.85% of the
Voting Rights (this corresponds to 490574 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
