Tara Minerals Enters Into Investor Relations Agreement


CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwire - July 8, 2009) - Tara Minerals Corp. (OTCBB: TARM) is pleased to announce that the company has retained Catalyst Xchange Corp. to provide investor relations services. Catalyst Xchange will also work with Tara Minerals to assess a Canadian listing. The initiation of these efforts will help Tara increase market visibility through broad communications of Tara's focus on completing, in Q3 2009, a 300 tonnes per day plant designed to produce Lead, Zinc, and Silver concentrate from its Don Ramon and Lourdes project, located in Choix, Mexico.
