On 7th July 2009 Stumbras AB Management Board confirmed revised Company‘s
annual report for the year of 2008. 
   We confirm that according to the notice No. Nr.06-883-(11.03.-02) on
Company's annual report for the year 2008, submitted to the Company by the
Securities Commission of the Republic of Lithuania on 17th June 2009, revised
Company's annual report for 2008 is not reviewed by Company‘s auditors.
