MOSCOW, July 29, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mechel OAO (NYSE:MTL), one of the leading Russian mining and metals companies, announces that it has been assigned A-level credit rating by AK&M national rating agency. This rating attributes Mechel OAO to the high reliability borrowers category.
