Triangle Capital Corporation Invests $7.5 Million in Frozen Specialties, Inc.


RALEIGH, N.C., Aug. 4, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Triangle Capital Corporation (Nasdaq:TCAP) ("Triangle" or the "Company"), a leading specialty finance company that provides customized financing solutions to lower middle market companies located throughout the United States, today announced that it closed a $7.5 million subordinated debt investment in Frozen Specialties, Inc. ("FSI"). FSI is a leading manufacturer of private label frozen pizzas and pizza bites, sold primarily through the retail grocery channel.
