Charles E. Vorwaller, based in Parker, Colorado is a 25-year veteran in sales and management in the healthcare industry, and has been recognized as a strategic planner and visionary in multiple market segments. Currently he is the President of National Sales Networks, Inc. a sales and marketing consulting company. Since 2006, he has served as the Director of Business Development for Litecure, LLC; a worldwide developer, manufacturer, and marketer of medical devices and products used in a broad range of interventional medical specialties. He held several senior positions, including Vice President Sales and National Account Manager at both publicly traded and privately held medical companies, including Access Battery, Inc.; and Rocky Mountain Medical Corporation. Charles holds a Bachelor Degree in Marketing and a Bachelor Degree in Management from Westminster College. He has been actively involved for over 10 years in the Boy Scouts of America; as well as coaching youth basketball and soccer. He and his wife have been married 27 years, and have five children.

Donna Murtaugh, based in Glenolden, Pennsylvania has been a practicing Registered Nurse for more than 10 years and is a licensed Nurse Practitioner in the State of Pennsylvania. She is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society and the Association of Clinical Research Professionals. She is the co-founder of Wellspring Clinical Resources located in Wallingford, Pennsylvania, where she works with major pharmaceutical firms under FDA/GCP compliance for drug research. Donna is a Nurse Practitioner per diem with Thomas Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
