Official disclosure of significant shareholding: Change in ownership

Through a gift to Patrik Tigerschiöld, Dag Tigerschiöld has reduced his holding
in Skanditek by 6,000,000 shares. His total holding after the change amounts to
12,298,785 shares, corresponding to an ownership interest of 18.82%.

Prior to the change, Patrik Tigerschiöld held 2,127,510 Skanditek shares and
after the change he holds 8,127,510, corresponding to an ownership interest of
12.44%.
