Berne and Frankfurt stock exchange listed Venture Capital Fund focusing on
Clean Technology investments in the German-speaking region - is today
listing one of its portfolio companies - Pure Klimaschutz AG (ISIN:
CH0100605242, Ticker Berne: PKS, www.pureklimaschutz.ch) on the Berne Stock
Exchange in Switzerland. A capital increase is planned imminently where
several new investors will become shareholders of Pure Klimaschutz AG
(PKAG).

PKAG focuses on financing Carbon Offset Projects in China, South East Asia
and South Africa and generating resulting carbon credits. Being a second
generation carbon player, the company concentrates on a small number of
specifically targeted greenhouse gas reduction sectors such as waste water
treatment, energy efficiency and waste heat recycling. The company is also
well positioned to benefit from the rapidly increasing Carbon Offset demand
in the United States via a strategic alliance of Pure Group and a leading
US Carbon Offset provider.
