According to the notice of the biggest shareholder of AS “Latvijas Krājbanka”
(hereinafter referred to as Krājbanka) - AB Bankas “Snoras”, Krājbanka informs,
that in the result of the increase of Krājbanka fixed capital, the AB Bankas
Snoras participation in Krājbanka has reduced.
At the same time Krājbanka informs, that it has received Mr. Vladimir Antonov`s
notice on the acquisition of the qualifying shareholding in Krājbanka by
participating in the issue of Krājbanka shares.
As already informed, the public offer of Krājbanka ordinary bearer shares with
voting right ended successfully on 3 November 2009, within which all 6 175 000
new issue shares were sold.
In the result of the issue the fixed capital of Krājbanka was increased and
amounts LVL 19 324 248 (EUR 27 495 928). The fixed capital shall be composed of
19'324'248 shares, inter alia:
• 19'321'414 ordinary bearer shares with voting right and
• 2,834 “A” category preference bearer shares without voting right.
