RURIC, Russian Real Estate Investment Company AB, announced on the 9th of
November 2009 that the board of RURIC have decided to file for a financial
reconstruction with the district court of Stockholm. 

With reference to what is stated above, the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided
that the shares in RURIC (short name RURI B, ISIN code SE0001199233 and order
book ID 34286) will be placed on the observation segment until further notice. 

The shares will be transferred with effect from Tuesday, November 10th, 2009.
