RURIC, Russian Real Estate Investment Company AB, announced on the 9th of
November 2009 that the board of RURIC have decided to file for a financial
reconstruction with the district court of Stockholm. 
	
With reference to what is stated above the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided
that the listed bonds of RURIC (kortnamn RURI 3 RTL, ISIN-kod SE0002421495)
will be placed on the observation segment. 

The bonds will be transferred with effect from Tuesday, November 10th, 2009.
