1.) On January 07, 2010, Arcalis Balear S.L., Palma de Mallorca, Spain has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on JAXX AG, Altenholz, have fallen below the 5% limit of
the Voting Rights on December 30, 2009 and on that day amounted to 4.72%
(this corresponds to 830,468 Voting Rights).

2.) On January 07, 2010, Marxant Balear S.L., Palma de Mallorca, Spain has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on JAXX AG, Altenholz, have fallen below the 5% limit of
the Voting Rights on December 30, 2009 and on that day amounted to 4.72%
(this corresponds to 830,468 Voting Rights). These Voting Rights are to be
attributed according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the
WpHG, to Arcalis Balear S.L., Palma de Mallorca, Spain.

3.) On January 07, 2010, Mr. Jacinto Farrus Sarrado, Spain has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on JAXX AG, Altenholz, have fallen below the 5% limit of the Voting
Rights on December 30, 2009 and on that day amounted to 4.72% (this
corresponds to 830,468 Voting Rights). These Voting Rights are to be
attributed according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the
WpHG, to Marxant Balear S.L., Palma de Mallorca, Spain, as well as to its
subsidiary Arcalis Balear S.L., Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
