NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE IN SHAREHOLDING UNDER CHAPTER 2 SECTION 10 OF THE
FINNISH SECURITIES MARKET ACT
Honkarakenne Oyj has received information to the effect that the holding of
Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company (Business ID: 0533297-9) in Honkarakenne
Oyj may exceed 5% of the company's share capital if Varma fulfils its
subscription commitment, made on 11 January 2010, in Honkarakenne's planned
share issue. Honkarakenne's Board of Directors will decide on carrying out the
share issue, its size and terms and conditions on or about 26 January 2010. A
maximum of 1,200,000 Series B shares would be issued.
If shares are issued in the maximum amount planned and Varma's subscription
commitment is carried out in full, Varma would own 350,000 Series B Honkarakenne
shares after the arrangement. These shares would represent 7.07% of the shares
and 3.29% of the voting rights after the share issue.
