At its meeting today, the Supervisory Board of COREALCREDIT BANK AG
conclusively approved the financial statements for 2009. According to the
financial statements, the Bank recorded a year-end result after tax of EUR
2.6m.
The net profit for 2009 and the loss brought forward from 2008, along with
the replenishment of profit participation rights (EUR 2.6m) and the
recourse to silent participations (EUR 2.0m), resulted in a balance sheet
loss of EUR 769.5m, which was lower than the previous year's level.
