Reporting and publication
NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen has given a reprimand to FIH Realkredit A/S because the
issuer in the period from 1 October 2009 to 1 March 2010 did not report
extraordinary redemptions according to paragraph 3.4.4.5 and paragraph 3.2.3 in
Rules for issuers of bonds. Furthermore, NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen has given a
reprimand because the issuer had not published information covered by paragraph
3.4.4.2, 3.4.4.3, 3.4.4.4, 3.4.4.5, 3.4.4.6, and 3.4.4.7 as prescribed in
paragraph 3.2.3 in Rules for issuers of bonds.
