Motor Sport Country Club Mourns Loss of COO Robert Newson


DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - June 16, 2010) -  Motor Sport Country Club Holdings LLC (MSCC) www.motorsportcc.com, which recently completed a reverse merger with Victoria Industries, Inc. (OTCBB: VIIN), regretfully announced today that the Company's COO, Mr. Robert Newson, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, June 13 at his home in Evergreen, Colorado. Chairman and CEO Claus Wagner will take on the daily business of the Company until a new COO is named.

Mr. Newson was a seasoned international businessman possessing a wealth of experience in assisting companies worldwide. He held senior positions in both private and public companies in the UK. Newson completed projects globally on every continent and had over 25 years of banking and related experience. In his long history of international business, he advised corporations such as Morgan Stanley, Donaldson Lufkin Jenrette and Credit Suisse. Since 2006, Newson had been advising a number of prominent companies within the Middle East. His career started in Lloyds of London and from there progressed to the floor of the London Stock Exchange. Newson was a UK citizen, resident in the USA. He received his MBA from the London School of Economics.
