On July 22th of 2010 Board of Supervisors  of the Joint Stock Company LIETUVOS
ELEKTRINĖ has recalled Pranas Noreika, Rolandas Jankauskas, Kęstutis Žilėnas
from the Board and has ellected Aloyzas Koryzna, Žygimantas Vaičiūnas and
Vytenis Kudinskas as new Board members of  the Joint Stock Company LIETUVOS
ELEKTRINĖ.  Laimonas Lukočius and Arvydas Darulis stays Board members of the
Joint Stock Company LIETUVOS ELEKTRINĖ. 

On July 22th of 2010 at Board meeting of Joint  Stock Company LIETUVOS 
ELEKTRINĖ Arvydas Darulis was ellected as Chairman of the Board. From
2010-07-22 Pranas Noreika was recalled from position of  general director, 
from 2010-07-23 Laimonas Lukočius was elected as new general director.
