Hearst Magazines Launches 'Designer Visions: Cinema Style' at the New Setai Fifth Avenue Hotel and Residences

House Beautiful, Town&Country and Veranda Magazines Create Three Luxury Living Spaces in Partnership With Setai Fifth Avenue Developer, Bizzi & Partners


NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - September 20, 2010) -  Hearst Magazines, a unit of Hearst Corporation, has partnered with Bizzi & Partners, developers of The Setai Fifth Avenue Hotel & Residences, to present the fourth annual "Designer Visions" program. This year's theme is "Cinema Style" and Hearst titles House Beautiful, Town&Country and Veranda, along with their respective interior design partners, have create stylized homes inspired by classic films set in New York City on the 58th floor of the Setai Fifth Avenue Residences.

These include:

  • Phoebe Howard for House Beautiful -- Something's Gotta Give
  • Steven Gambrel for Town&Country -- Six Degrees of Separation
  • Richard Hallberg for Veranda -- Wall Street

Hearst Magazines will host an opening night event for Designer Visions: Cinema Style on October 12. Various events will be held in the spaces through the end of the year.

Presenting sponsors of the show house are Bizzi & Partners, Kohler, Ralph Lauren Paint and Wamsutta. The Setai Fifth Avenue Hotel & Residences designed by Gwathmey Siegel & Associates Architects with interiors by DAS Concepts, features a signature faceted facade of dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows. Each of the condominium homes offers spectacular city views and sleek contemporary finishes.

The website will also feature interviews with editors and designers, sponsor information, resources, sweepstakes and more.
