Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
GROUP Business Software AG, Eisenach, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005104509, WKN:
510450, have exceeded the 15%, 20% and 25% limit of the Voting Rights on
November 05, 2010 and on that day amounted to 28.20% (this corresponds to
7115500 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 28.20%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 7115500 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Ott.
