Destia Oy and Ramirent Finland Oy have signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) whereby Destia outsources its modules and some light machinery as well as related operations to Ramirent and signs a five-year rental agreement with Ramirent.The agreement is to be finalised in the first quarter of 2011.
Destia Oy is a Finnish infrastructure and construction service company building, maintaining and designing traffic routes, industrial and traffic environments, but also complete living environments. Destia's customers include organisations of public administration, industrial companies and businesses as well as municipalities and cities. Destia has a strong market position in services related to traffic lane maintenance.
