As commissioners, Amy and her peers will be responsible for developing an arts policy for presentation to the Court of Common Council; assessing the activities of the Office of Cultural Affairs; providing budgetary recommendations for each fiscal year; and approving all arts-related city improvements, including monuments, murals, and lighting projects.
