BOSTON, MA--(Marketwire - February 15, 2011) - Aberdeen Group, a Harte-Hanks Company (NYSE: HHS), today announced the appointment of Kevin Prouty as Research Director of its Enterprise Applications research practice. Prouty will be responsible for developing Aberdeen research coverage within the practice and delivering findings via published works, speaking engagements, and on-line events.

"We are excited to have Kevin in this leadership role. Since joining Aberdeen, his background, knowledge and insights have already contributed to the success and growth of our ability to deliver fact-based, industry-leading research in the enterprise applications arena," said Dr. Andrew Boyd, president of Aberdeen Group. "He has proven himself a leader and innovator in his prior roles as an analyst as well as at companies such as Infor and Motorola. He was responsible for all automation of the facility, including integration of automated process and information systems into all aspects of the business. Additionally, Kevin helped lead the re-engineering team that implemented ERP and shop floor systems throughout the company.
