On March 21, 2011, Mr Wilhelm Konrad Thomas Zours, Deutschland has informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his
Voting Rights on MISTRAL Media AG, Köln, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A1E8HD1,
WKN: A1E8HD, have exceeded the 10% threshold of the Voting Rights on March
15, 2011 and on that day amounted to 10.37% (this corresponds to 390992
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 10.37%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 390992 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Zours from Deutsche Balaton AG, according to Article 22,
Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 10.37% of the Voting Rights (this
corresponds to 390992 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to Mr Zours from
VV Beteiligungen AG, according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1
of the WpHG, 10.37% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 390992 Voting
Rights) is to be attributed to Mr Zours from DELPHI
Unternehmensbeteiligungs AG.
Attributed voting rights are held via the following companies that are
controlled by Wilhelm Konrad Thomas Zours and whose holdings of voting
rights amount to 3% each or more in MISTRAL Media AG: Deutsche Balaton AG,
VV Beteiligungen AG, DELPHI Unternehmensberatung AG.
