On 22.September 2011 the JSC "Valmiera Glass" concluded an agreement with the JSC "Swedbank" about amendments in the credit facility contract, where the credit facility duration was extended until 16.07.2013. As mentioned before, the amount of the credit facility is 6 Million EUR. The Commercial pledge has been renewed to ensure the contract.
