On 14 November 2011, the kingdom of Norway has notified us pursuant to
section 21 para. 1 WpHG that its voting rights in Asian Bamboo AG have
fallen below the threshold of 5% of the voting rights on 8 November 2011
and amounted to 4.92% (758,897 voting rights) as of that date.

All 758,897 voting rights are attributed to the kingdom of Norway pursuant
to section 22 pa-ra. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
