1. On 14 March 2012 Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Frankfurt a. Main,
Germany has notified us pursuant to sec 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 9 March
2012 its voting rights in Wirecard AG, Aschheim/Munich, Germany went above
the thresholds of 3 % and 5 % and amounted to 9.36 % (10,476,199 voting
rights). Of these voting rights of 9.36 % (10,476,199 voting rights) were
9.30 % (10,410,050 voting rights) directly attributable to Commerzbank
Aktiengesellschaft and 0.06 % (66,149 voting rights) attributable according
to sec 22, para 1, sentence 1, number 6.
2. On 14 March 2012 Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Frankfurt a. Main,
Germany has notified us pursuant to sec 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 12 March
2012 its voting rights in Wirecard AG, Aschheim/Munich, Germany fell below
the thresholds of 5 % and 3 % and amounted to 0.06 % (66,149 voting
rights). Of these voting rights of 0.06 % (66,149 voting rights) were 0.06
% (66,149 voting rights) attributable to Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft
according to sec 22, para 1, sentence 1, number 6.
