On 10 May 2012 TEO LT, AB (hereinafter “the Company” or “TEO”) received the information from TeliaSonera AB, that on 10 May 2012 the transfer of the title to the shares of TEO LT, AB and the payment for the Company’s shares took place under 7 May 2012 Company’s Shares’ Purchase-Sale Agreement. The shareholder of the Company TeliaSonera AB acquired from the funds managed by East Capital Asset Management AB and East Capital AB, and Coneglen Limited in total 61,129,044 ordinary registered shares of the Company (i.e. 7.87% of all the shares of the Company) paying EUR 0.637 (equivalent in LTL 2.20) per 1 ordinary registered share of the Company.
