Vilnius, Lithuania, 2012-11-21 15:11 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Invalda AB shall announce the interim results for 9 months of 2012 on November 30, 2012 instead of November 23, 2012 as it was provided in the investor‘s calendar.
The date of the announcement has been postponed due to the reason that investment property valuation will be conducted for the preparation of the terms of Invalda AB split-off. The Board of the Company was authorized to prepare the said terms by the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of November 20, 2012.
Investment property valuation will be prepared as of September 30, 2012, thus it may influence nine-month results of the real estate sector as well as consolidated result of Invalda group.
