Tribona has extended existing lease with 8 years with Beves Express covering 4 438 sq.m. within the property Bleket 2 in Karlstad. After the extension the lease expires 2024-05-31 compared to earlier maturing 2016-05-31. Rents will be unchanged.
The rental value of the extension of 8 years is approximately SEK 16m. Tribona will not make any investments in the building by reason of the extension, however, Beves Express will invest in refrigeration facilities in the building.
