On September 18, 2015, Newton Management Limited, London, England, has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that its
proportion of voting rights on Brenntag AG, Stinnes-Platz 1, 45472 Mülheim
an der Ruhr, Germany, has exceeded the 3% threshold of the voting rights on
September 16, 2015 and on that day amounted to 3.02% (this corresponds to
4,661,015 voting rights).
3.02% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 4,661,015 voting rights) is
to be attributed to the company according to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with Sentence 2 of the WpHG.
