(NASDAQ:SITO), a leading mobile engagement platform, today announced that Juliane Horton has joined the company as Executive Vice President, People & Culture. Ms. Horton will lead SITO’s Human Resources strategy in partnership with SITO’s senior management.
Ms. Horton, joins SITO Mobile after her most recent position as Director, Head of Human Resources at Shutterstock (NYSE:SSTK) where she was a member of the senior team that transformed the small private technology company into a public market leader and took the company from $60 million in revenues to $300 million, through an IPO and from a $300 million valuation to nearly $3 billion. In this capacity, Ms. Horton built and led the HR function, overseeing the high growth of personnel from 50 employees to over 350 employees. Prior to Shutterstock, Ms. Horton was a Senior Manager for The National Basketball Association (NBA) where she partnered with international hiring directors recruiting global talent.
