Availability of the report on corporate governance, internal control and risk management
Societe Generale informs the public that the report of the Chairman on the composition, the conditions for the preparation and organization of the Board of Directors' meetings and the internal control and risk management procedures implemented by the Company together with the related Statutory auditors' report, appear respectively on pages 81 to 95, 132 to 151 and on pages 152 to 153 of the 2017 Registration Document filed with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) on 8 March 2017.
The 2017 Registration Document is made available to the public, free of charge, in accordance with the conditions provided for by the regulations in force and may be consulted in the "Regulated information" section of the Company's website (http://www.societegenerale.com/en/measuring-our-performance/information-and-publications/regulated_information) and on the AMF's website.
